Can I withdraw from EUR balance using Payoneer debit card?

Hi,

I have a Payonner account with an EU payment service option.

This means that I now have 2 balances in my Payoneer account - one in Euros, and one in Dollars (prepaid card).

Can I use my Payoneer debit card to withdraw from the EUR balance at atm machines?

The EU balance can be available on a EU currency debit card.

To order a card from your Payoneer account, from the drop-down menu at the top of the page, select the card balance for which you want to order a card and click on "Order Card". After entering your shipping address and confirming your account details, your card order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email for the order. For the Euro and GBP cards please contact the support center if you have not received payments to that balance first.

You can make a direct withdraw to your local bank account.

Hello. When you receive a payment in Euro, it will first appear in your Euro balance. The funds will them automatically be available to you in your Euro card to use as you wish.
